We have a wonderful team of passionate staff led by our Supervisor Courtney Chappell and Assistant Supervisor Bec Roberts. Laura Barrington, our office manager works at St Martins on Mondays and Thursdays.
Our staff are mostly fully qualified in Early Childhood or are in training. All of our qualified staff hold current first aid certificates. Our staff participate in professional development regularly including liasing with local schools, keeping upskilled with teaching and attending first aid refreshers.
Our adult to child ratio is regulated by the Ministry of Education. We endeavour to offer better than required ratios with one adult to four children in our nursery, one adult to six or seven children in our Preschool and ratios of between one adult to six children and one adult to nine children in our Prepschool.
